Lyra Health is seeking a Global Controller who will oversee the integrity of the company's financial statements, maintain a world-class internal control environment, and provide strategic financial leadership across the entire global organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent required
- Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
- At least 7 years in a senior leadership role (VP/SVP/CAO) overseeing global accounting operations for a multinational company
- Exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and proven ability to lead and develop large, geographically dispersed teams
