Full Stack Engineer

CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to support a high impact initiative within the financial services space. This role focuses on building next generation AI driven capabilities within a self directed investing platform.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands on full stack engineer who is comfortable working in a fast paced enterprise environment and enjoys building scalable customer facing applications while leveraging AI tools to accelerate development.

You will partner with a collaborative engineering team to design and deliver modern scalable applications that enhance digital investment experiences.

Hours: Standard business hours

Location: Onsite in New York NY 5 days per week

Pay: $80 - 95/hr

Position Type: Consultant W2 contract only

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible for W2 employment. Sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Design develop and maintain full stack applications using modern web technologies

• Build scalable front end solutions using React.js

• Develop backend services and APIs using Java Spring Boot

• Integrate AI tools and capabilities to enhance development efficiency and product functionality

• Collaborate with cross functional teams including engineering product and design

• Contribute to architecture decisions and ensure high quality maintainable code

• Support rapid delivery in a fast paced high visibility project environment

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development productivity and delivery timelines

• Participate in code reviews testing and deployment processes

• Support ongoing enhancements and feature delivery for investment platform applications

What we are looking for

• 3 or more years of experience in full stack development

• Strong hands on experience with React.js

• Strong hands on experience with Java and Spring Boot

• Experience working with or integrating AI tools into development workflows

• Solid understanding of modern web application architecture and APIs

• Ability to work effectively in an onsite team environment

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience within financial services fintech or investing platforms

• Familiarity with AI acceleration tools frameworks or workflows

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP

• Experience supporting scalable enterprise level application development
