Position / Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and results‑oriented Sales Representative to join the Create Energy team. This role is focused on generating new business, expanding our presence in the Utility and C&I sectors, and driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and effective deal execution. The ideal candidate excels in a fast‑paced environment, communicates with clarity and confidence, and plays a key role in advancing opportunities from initial contact through contract execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new revenue by actively sourcing, qualifying, and converting Utility and C&I sector opportunities.
  • Advance prospects through the sales funnel by handling objections, negotiating terms, and closing deals to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build strategic customer relationships and partnerships that generate additional business.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data to support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, finance, marketing, and project management teams to ensure smooth handoff of customer projects and purchase orders.
  • Deliver strong internal and external communication to ensure clarity, alignment, and a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent Create Energy as a trusted advisor, building long‑term relationships that drive repeat business.
  • Must be able to travel 50–75% to meet with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to promote Create Energy’s brand, generate new leads, and engage with prospective clients.
  • Host customers, clients, and partners at Create Energy’s headquarters and manufacturing facilities.
