Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Manage medical leaves (SISALRIL, TSS, IDOPRIL) and maintain accurate occupational health records.
• Support EHS programs including risk assessments, inspections, SOP implementation, and waste management.
• Participate in incident and accident investigations, including root cause analysis.
• Prepare EHS and health-related reports, statistics, and documentation for audits.
• Assist in delivering EHS training and promoting safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with Dominican labor, health, and environmental regulations.
• Department Data and metrics

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Safety, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of EHS laws and regulations in the Dominican Republic.
• Ability to identify risks and propose effective solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
