Senior Account Manager – Nuwizo Digital
Location: HSR Layout - Bangalore (On-Site)
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who will take complete ownership of client relationships and delivery. This role requires someone who can manage clients confidently, ensure timely execution, and drive internal teams to deliver results without excuses.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Handle onboarding, requirement understanding, and expectation setting
- Lead client calls, reviews, and escalation handling
- Provide structured weekly/bi-weekly updates
- Maintain professional, confident communication (no overpromising)
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with:
- Performance Marketing Team
- SEO Team
- Design & Development Team
- Ensure:
- Tasks are clearly assigned
- Deadlines are met
- No delays or miscommunication
- Prepare and share clear, actionable reports
- Explain:
- Campaign performance
- Key insights
- Next steps
- Track all client deliverables
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure execution
- Maintain project tracking tools (ClickUp / Asana / etc.)
- Ensure high client satisfaction
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Reduce churn through proactive communication
- 3–6 years experience in:
- Digital marketing agency (preferred)
- OR client servicing/account management
- Strong understanding of:
- Google Ads
- SEO basics
- Social Media Marketing
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving mindset
