Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee field teams (SPG, Merchandisers, and Team Leaders) to consistently deliver sales targets
- Formulate and implement area sales and operational strategies in line with company objectives
- Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis to unlock growth opportunities
- Enhance the in-store customer journey to improve traffic and conversion rates
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize store layouts, displays, and brand visibility
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, third-party agencies, and retail partners
- Explore and develop partnership opportunities to further drive sales performance
- Ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations and uphold operational excellence standards
- Manage operational budgets effectively while maintaining healthy margins
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Field Execution or Aera Marketing role within FMCG
- (background in personal care, skincare, or beauty is an advantage)
- Based in or open to relocation to Banjarmasin
- Strong exposure to GT, MT, and Local MT channels, with a well-established local network
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute effective channel strategies
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work in a target-driven environment and deliver consistent monthly results
- Willing to travel as required
- Available for immediate or short-notice joining
