We’re backed by top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia Capital, and Altimeter. At our core, we believe in empowering data practitioners:

- We empower engineers to deliver reliable, governed data faster, cheaper, and at scale.
We're looking for a high-impact, results-driven Marketing Analytics Manager to turn marketing data into decisions that drive pipeline and revenue. In this role, this person will be responsible for partnering closely with marketing leadership, delivering analytical insights for pipeline growth, with a primary focus on the EMEA region. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to translate strategic vision into high-performing, measurable systems.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the dedicated Marketing Operations business partner for EMEA field and revenue marketing teams, owning MBR and pipeline reporting, regional planning, strategic projects and run the business management
- Partner with Marketing, Data and Sales Operations teams to utilize AI to drive optimization, productivity, and cost savings
- Streamline and optimize marketing processes — including campaign creation and audience segmentation
- Partner closely with SDR and Sales leaders to support lead funnel management and routing, lead processing, SLA management and lead scoring and qualification frameworks
- Partner with data analysts to define KPI logic and data requirements, with a strong understanding of how Salesforce data feeds into BI tools and how underlying data models are structured
- Act as the regional point of contact for marketing operations, conducting ad hoc requests and reporting, including funnel conversion deep-dives, source attribution audits, pipeline forecasting and campaign performance analysis
- Work closely with the AMER-based Marketing Operations team to ensure consistency in processes, tooling and reporting standards across regions
- 6+ years of demonstrated experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Analytics within a high-growth SaaS environment
- Hands-on, expert-level experience with Salesforce and HubSpot
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for building sophisticated data models, planning frameworks, and analyses directly in spreadsheets
- Familiarity with BI visualization tools (e.g., Omni, Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and a solid understanding of how data models, table joins, and source systems like Salesforce feed into reporting layers
- Proven experience owning lead funnel management, including routing logic, SLA frameworks, and scoring models in partnership with SDR and Sales leadership
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to independently investigate funnel anomalies, attribution discrepancies, and pipeline variances and translate findings into clear recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to both marketing and sales leadership
- Highly organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple regional stakeholders and competing priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with tools like Clay and Qualified is a plus
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus — able to write queries to investigate data issues and pull ad hoc analysis independently
