Your Responsibilities
- Implement seasonal campaigns and storytelling concepts in retail stores, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution year-round
- Maintain and enhance Visual Merchandising standards across all retail locations, and train store teams accordingly
- Plan and support impactful new store openings with strong brand presence, engaging customer experience, and membership integration
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across Brand Marketing , Communications, Retail Operations and Buying
- Ensure budget efficiency, transparency, and quality across all Visual Merchandising and Retail Brand initiatives
- Support special retail and membership-related projects and contribute to overall retail growth and traffic initiatives
- Act as a key point of contact between all DTC and Brand Team members, ensuring alignment and consistency across channels
- Passion for retail, brand marketing, and the Birkenstock brand
- Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience in Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising or Brand Management, ideally within a fashion or lifestyle environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, proactive, and hands-on with excellent organizational skills
- Team player with a “team-first” mindset and ability to work across multiple projects
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Experience with MS Office; Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% of working time to key European retail locations to support store openings, Visual Merchandising execution, and quality assurance
