Full Stack Engineer Python (AI-Team)

As a Fullstack Engineer – Python (AI Team), you will play a pivotal role in building and integrating intelligent backend systems that power next-generation AI-driven products and services. You’ll lead the development of scalable microservices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and bring cutting-edge AI capabilities into real-world applications.

Your journey will involve designing and managing relational and NoSQL databases, integrating AI features using APIs from OpenAI, OpenRouter, and other leading platforms, and deploying secure, containerized infrastructure. You’ll also be responsible for implementing robust authentication mechanisms, including SSO (OIDC/SAML) and client certificate-based security, ensuring enterprise-grade protection for our users.

You’ll work closely with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery across the software development lifecycle, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers. Your contributions will directly impact the performance, reliability, and intelligence of our AI-powered solutions.

To thrive in this role, you need to have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development using Python.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing scalable microservice architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Strong database management skills with MySQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing containerized applications.
• Familiarity with ELK Stack for logging and monitoring.
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure; knowledge of AWS or GCP is a plus.
• Deep understanding of authentication protocols including OIDC/SAML and client certificate-based security.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive mindset.
• Passion for AI technologies and continuous learning.

• Experience with GenAI technologies such as MCP, A2A, LangGraph, Llama Index, Pydantic AI, and OpenAI APIs/SDKs.
• Background in data engineering and working with large language models (LLMs).
