Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Pensacola, FL. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the car-buying process, including understanding their needs, presenting vehicle options, organizing test drives, and finalizing sales agreements. The individual will also play a key role in maintaining positive customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with team members to contribute to the dealership's success.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Sales expertise, including negotiation skills and a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to learn and maintain knowledge about vehicle inventory, features, and financing options.
- Basic computer skills for managing sales processes and utilizing dealership tools and software.
- Organizational abilities to manage multiple customer interactions and follow-up tasks effectively.
- Experience in Automotive or retail sales is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pensacola, FL, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in sales or business is a plus.
