You’ll play a key role in driving aftermarket revenue through preventive maintenance plans, parts, attachments, and training solutions that keep customers productive and reduce downtime.
What you’ll do
- Build and grow relationships with contractors, operators, and business owners
- Visit job sites and connect with customers in the field and over the phone
- Sell preventive maintenance plans, parts, attachments, and training solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve customer uptime and equipment performance
- Work closely with Operations, Parts, and Service teams to deliver fast solutions
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging customers
- Driven, motivated, and eager to learn
- Coachable and open to development
- Comfortable speaking with both trades and business professionals
- Interest in machinery, equipment, or how things work
- Looking to build a long-term career in sales
- Company vehicle
- $50K–$70K OTE in year one, with strong earnings growth as you develop
