Senior Software Engineer (Founding Team)

Engineering the Core of the Post-Seat Economy
Most "Fintech" is just a pretty UI on top of 40-year-old batch processes. At CAiDENN, we are building the world’s first Financial Processing Unit (FPU)—an AI-native engine designed to displace legacy ERP debt for the Fortune 2000.
We don't build software to help people work; we build an engine that owns the outcome. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our "Elite 3" founding core and lead the engineering of our hardened .NET 10 / Azure calculation bedrock.
Why this role?
This isn't an "Architect" role where you sit in meetings. You are the lead builder. You will be responsible for the high-performance, deterministic engine that handles billions in audited transaction volume.
Target Background: You’ve likely spent time at a high-growth fintech (Stripe, Plaid, Ramp) or a modern engineering shop. You are a .NET specialist who is tired of corporate "maintenance" and wants to build a category-defining core from 0 to 1.
What you will build:
- The FPU Bedrock: Engineering the transition to a .NET 10 core that ensures "Penny-Perfect" integrity for global anchors like SS&C.
- Agnostic Data Ingestion: Designing high-throughput API "Airlocks" that normalize data from Salesforce, Workday, and bank feeds into a real-time ledger.
- Institutional Hardening: Building Azure-native infrastructure (Key Vault, API Management, Service Bus) that meets the rigor of a June Microsoft Architectural Review.
- SOC2 as Code: Implementing security and compliance controls directly into the engineering lifecycle.
Tech Stack & Multipliers:
- Core: .NET 10 / C#, SQL Server, Azure Infrastructure.
- Architecture: Distributed Systems, High-Concurrency APIs, Event-Driven Design.
- Multipliers: We expect you to use AI-native tools (Claude Code, Cursor) to dismantle technical debt and ship at 10x the speed of traditional teams.
Who you are:
- The Builder: 6+ years of experience shipping production-grade code in high-stakes environments.
- The Specialist: You know C#/.NET inside out, but you’re cloud-agnostic and obsessed with system performance.
- The Owner: You want a founding seat. You value technical ownership and "Penny-Perfect" integrity over corporate theater.
