Full Stack Developer (Java + React) — Mid-Level & Lead Opportunities

We’re currently partnering with a growing, technology-driven organization to hire Full Stack Developers with strong experience in Java (backend) and React (frontend). We’re open to both mid-level and lead-level professionals who are passionate about building scalable, high-quality applications.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with various backend services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
• (For Lead level) Provide technical guidance, mentor developers, and drive architectural decisions

What We’re Looking For

Mid-Level (3–6 years):

• Solid experience in Java (Spring Boot / Microservices)
• Hands-on experience with React.js
• Good understanding of API development, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control (Git)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments

Lead Level (7+ years):

• Strong full stack expertise in Java + React
• Proven experience in system design and architecture
• Experience leading teams or mentoring developers
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
• Strong stakeholder communication and decision-making skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of cloud-native development
• Background in enterprise or financial services applications
