Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Manager located in Eustis, FL. The Clinical Manager will oversee daily clinical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include staff training, maintaining compliance with healthcare standards, leading quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize workflows. Additional duties include managing resources efficiently and contributing to effective home care practices to extend quality care beyond clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Clinical Operations and effective management of healthcare workflows
• Skills in Training and development of clinical staff
• Experience in Home Care delivery to ensure patient satisfaction and continuity of care
• Knowledge of Medicine and the ability to support evidence-based practices
• Ability to lead Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Current and valid professional healthcare license, as required by Florida regulations
