Operations Coordinator

Role: Operations Coordinator- Process Support

Work Type: Remote

Starting date of work: Immediate Joiner

Time Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:00PM

The Functions:

Assisting with simple tasks, repetitive tasks in projects and processes (e.g., car branding, Airport driver verification, manual checks, data cleanups etc).

simple, low level tasks (ad-hoc assignments) or repetitive, operational tasks (such as car branding verification, Airport driver verification)

Requirements to agents:

1. English level A2-B1 or higher (for proper work with different tools – Admin, Beehive, TL interaction).

2. Possibility to ensure continuous operation during blackouts.

3. High level of cognitive abilities – we need people who can learn to do new tasks fast.

4. Readiness for frequent change/addition/shuffle of tasks.

Operational Verification & Control

- Execute structured local operational workflows in accordance with defined standards and procedures.

- Perform verification activities such as vehicle branding compliance checks and Airport driver validation.

- Conduct manual operational checks and control activities to ensure process integrity.

- Support data accuracy initiatives, including structured data updates and cleanup activities.

Process Adherence & Quality

- Follow SOPs and operational guidelines with precision.

- Ensure high levels of accuracy and consistency in all assigned tasks.

- Identify inconsistencies or process deviations and escalate when required.

- Maintain documentation standards where applicable.

Operational Flexibility

- Adapt to evolving operational needs, task reshuffling, and new process introductions.

- Learn and apply new workflows efficiently.

- Maintain productivity and quality standards across different operational streams.

Continuity & Reliability

- Ensure stable task execution during operational disruptions (including blackout scenarios where applicable).

- Maintain focus and output consistency within structured workflows.
