Summary
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager on behalf of our client, an organization in the B2B services space. This role will be responsible for owning marketing efforts across multiple business units, balancing both strategic direction and hands-on execution.
This position is ideal for a marketing generalist who brings strong digital content experience but can also lead broader marketing initiatives including brand management, campaign execution, and sales support. The Marketing Manager will serve as a key internal partner, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives forward while collaborating with external partners as needed. This role is hybrid in Tinton Falls, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing efforts across multiple business units
- Develop marketing strategy while also executing day-to-day initiatives
- Manage the full content lifecycle including ideation, creation, and deployment across channels
- Oversee website updates and content management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Lead social media efforts, including content planning and ongoing refresh of channels
- Create and manage marketing collateral including presentations, one-pagers, and sales materials
- Support campaign execution across email, digital, and paid channels
- Partner with external agencies and vendors on branding, creative, and marketing initiatives
- Contribute to brand consistency and support broader brand and rebrand efforts
- Coordinate and support trade shows, events, and related marketing materials (booth assets, signage, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with sales and internal stakeholders to support business development efforts
- Track and analyze marketing performance to help inform ongoing strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within a B2B or service-based environment
- Experience balancing both marketing strategy and hands-on execution
- Strong background in digital content creation, including social, web, and campaign materials
- Experience managing or updating website content within a CMS platform
- Ability to create marketing assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe InDesign, or similar
- Experience supporting or coordinating trade shows, events, or field marketing initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with leadership, sales teams, and external partners
- Strong communication skills and ability to proactively bring ideas forward
- Portfolio of relevant work (content, campaigns, collateral, or branding) required
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
