Assignment Overview
You will be responsible for establishing governance, creating structure, driving execution, and ensuring controlled implementation throughout the integration process. The role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders, steering groups, and cross-functional teams across business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish governance models, working methods, and overall integration planning
- Create and maintain milestones, dependency mapping, schedules, and Gantt plans
- Lead and coordinate a core integration team and larger cross-functional workstreams
- Manage collaboration across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Identify and manage risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, and priorities
- Ensure operational continuity throughout the transformation process
- Drive communication and change management activities across the organization
- Coordinate and ensure proper union collaboration, documentation, and communication
- Prepare steering group reports, decision logs, risk reports, and decision-making material
- Ensure deliveries are completed in the correct sequence and according to timeline
- Overall integration roadmap and implementation plan
- Detailed workstream plans with responsibilities and timelines
- Risk and dependency management documentation
- Steering committee reporting and decision support materials
- Communication plans and union collaboration documentation
- Status tracking and progress reporting
- Extensive experience leading complex programs and large-scale business integration initiatives
- Strong project and program management background with both agile and traditional methodologies
- Proven experience establishing governance structures, planning frameworks, and reporting models
- Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong ability to lead through influence without direct line management responsibility
- Experience supporting executive steering groups and senior decision-makers
- Strong change management and organizational communication skills
- Experience working in environments involving union collaboration
- Understanding of business dependencies across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience from large enterprise or group environments with complex organizational structures
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, integrations, carve-outs, or organizational separations
- Experience working in regulated or highly structured organizations
