Department: Technology
About The Role / Position Summary
The Lead Full Stack Engineer is a hands-on technical lead responsible for designing, building, and operating modern business-critical applications end-to-end. You will own the full delivery lifecycle (architecture, implementation, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and production operations) while partnering closely with business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable solutions. The tech stack is primarily Microsoft – Azure (App services, Functions, networking, identity), .NET, Angular, SQL Server, and modern Microsoft DevOps practices and tooling (CI/CD, IaC), and will use AI-augmented development practices where it improves quality and speed. You’ll join a small, high-trust team where you can move quickly, shape standards, and make a visible impact.
