You As a Senior Project Manager Will
- Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion including design, coordination, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent
- Prepare regular, timely and accurate billings for Owners, and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings
- Meet with Owners and Architects in a professional manner and have the ability to communicate effectively both the concerns and best interests of the company
- Monitor, interpret and forecast a project’s cost reports ensuring they are in line with the estimate and maintain a positive cash flow
- Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the team’s ongoing development and progression
- Submit project reports to Area Manager and communicate with management about project progress and areas of risk that need to be escalated
- Oversee a team and create opportunities for career development
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in ICI, defence sector, healthcare construction, and/or residential projects, including at least 8 years in a Project Manager role
- Strong working knowledge of construction scopes, project scheduling, project management practices, and contract management software
- Proven ability to confidently mentor and delegate to a large team, while building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Must have, or be eligible for, CSID (PWSGC) Secret Level Security Clearance.
