Fit-Out Site Manager

We’re looking for a self-employed CSA Package Owner for a 10-month fit-out and facade project in Schaffhausen, with a strong likelihood of extension into 2027.

You’ll be the on-site technical lead for the civil, structural and architectural package – driving decisions, liaising with contractors and keeping execution on track.

What we need:

• 3+ years’ experience in CSA / fit-out or facade work on pharmaceutical or industrial projects
• Comfortable as a package owner – technical decisions, contractor coordination, site presence
• German language skills (B level or above – working site environment)
• Swiss or German project experience a strong advantage
• Technician or engineering background – both considered
• Self-employed, available immediately and able to commit 5 days per week on site
