Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator, based in Alhambra, CA. The Logistics Coordinator will manage day-to-day logistics operations, including supply chain coordination, demand tracking, PO follow-ups, and Load planning and configurations. This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient movement of goods, inbound/outbound coordination, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. Additionally, the Logistics Coordinator will work closely with various departments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a Logistics Administrative role
• Experience with EDI systems or retailer portals (KeHE, UNFI, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple POs and deadlines simultaneously
• Familiarity with Freight Carriers and 3PL operations
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced work environment

This is a Full-time, in-office position. Compensation ranges from $18–$25/hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
