Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our team. This role will support the estimating department in preparing bids, assembling bid packages, and assisting with project pricing. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of bids and proposals
  • Compile and organize bid packages and supporting documentation
  • Review project plans, specifications, and related documents
  • Communicate with subcontractors and vendors for pricing and scope
  • Track bid opportunities and deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates and project data
  • Support the estimating team with administrative and project-related tasks

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in construction, estimating, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with DemandStar is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
