What We Look For
- 4 - 8 years of experience working closely with customers and owning revenue execution across account management or startup operations
- Experience in customer-facing post-sales or operations roles
- Experience owning a revenue target (not just retention)
- Early stage startup experience series A to pre-IPO
- Top university or top GPA
- Own high-stakes relationships. Advise top recruiters on growth strategy and operational excellence.
- Scale the supply engine. Identify bottlenecks from onboarding to retention and design systems that help recruiters perform.
- Run marketplace experiments. Test incentive programs, workflows, and automations that improve liquidity.
- Bridge ops and product. Translate daily insights into internal tools and product improvements.
- Massive impact. The recruiters you manage drive hundreds of thousands of $ in GMV - your decisions move real revenue.
- True cross-functionality. You’ll sit across operations, product, and GTM - collaborating with every team.
- Future-founder training ground. Similar to Uber’s early driver ops or DoorDash's merchant success, you’ll learn how to scale a supply network from 0→1.
- Fast pace, full ownership. You’ll have autonomy to ship, iterate, and see results every week.
