- Increase active Ambassador and Preferred Customer enrollments.

- Develop and execute strategic business plans that drive measurable growth in sales, recruiting, leadership development, retention, and profitability within the Mexico market.
- Lead and align Sales, Operations, Administration, and Marketing functions to ensure operational excellence, scalability, compliance, and achievement of market KPIs.
- Own market performance reporting and forecasting, including revenue, enrollments, expenses, profitability, and organizational performance, while providing strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with field leaders by providing consistent coaching, communication, leadership development, and market support that increase productivity and engagement.
- Design and implement effective sales programs, recognition initiatives, incentives, and compensation strategies that drive field performance, rank advancements, and brand growth.
- Represent Plexus as the primary market leader and brand ambassador for Mexico, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, values, and long-term strategic objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business or related field.
- 12+ years of leadership experience, including 5+ years at the Director level or above.
- Proven experience in Direct Selling and international business operations.
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- You will be required to live in Mexico City or Guadaljara, Jalisco
- Strong strategic planning, organizational leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to develop leaders, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability.
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and business acumen.
- Ability to lead effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong analytical, financial forecasting, and operational management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
- Fluent in Spanish and English preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
