UWorld is seeking a motivated and talented Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for recruiting and hiring needs across multiple disciplines. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure that all assigned positions are filled with the best candidate, while enthusiastically promoting the culture of the organization and ensuring compliance with corporate hiring policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage multiple hiring campaigns and changing priorities
- Must be an effective communicator
- Ability to work independently to perform job duties
- Must have strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Sales, Technology, or Educational Recruiting experience
- Post jobs on LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and other job boards as necessary
- Identify qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques (internet resources, social media, employee referrals, headhunting and other creative methods)
- Recruits, screens, and presents qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Participates in sourcing strategies to attract and retain exceptional clinical candidates
- Employs a variety of effective recruitment techniques to source qualified candidates, including direct sourcing calls, resume mining, networking, and social media
- Provides weekly reports to hiring managers on open positions and recruiting progress
- Promote teamwork and UWorld culture
- Participate in team meetings and take responsibility for process improvement initiatives and other assigned action items
- Work closely with Human Resources on team building and employee experience initiatives
- Assist other team members during peak periods to ensure that all deadlines are met
