Successful candidates will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a consistent work ethic. You will have the ability to work independently with minimal direction and will collaborate with Sales Executives and Account Managers to drive sales strategies.
This position includes a base salary of $ $53,000 and includes commissions based on sales in territory. Successful Sales Execs with City Wide exceed 6 figures within our uncapped compensation plan!
- First Year earner typically achieves $80,000 - $90,000
- 2nd Year Earners typically achieves $115,000+
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through effective communication and customer service
- Conduct outbound and warm calls to identify new sales opportunities and promote products
- Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to track sales activities and manage customer interactions
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance business development efforts
