We’re currently partnered with a highly active private equity investment platform headquartered in South Florida that is looking to add an Associate / Senior Associate to its investment team.

This is a unique opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial team where you’ll work directly with the firm’s senior decision makers and gain exposure across the full investment lifecycle — including sourcing, diligence, execution, portfolio management, and value creation initiatives.

The firm has an established and growing portfolio across sectors including business services, consumer, and industrials, with a strong pipeline of live opportunities and active deal flow. Given the size and structure of the team, this role offers significantly more responsibility and hands-on exposure than a traditional middle-market platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and own complex LBO, operating, and valuation models
• Support live transactions from initial diligence through close
• Prepare investment committee materials, market analysis, and financial assessments
• Conduct commercial and financial diligence alongside management teams and advisors
• Assist portfolio companies with strategic and operational initiatives
• Participate in sourcing, industry mapping, and add-on acquisition evaluation

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related investment role
• Strong technical modeling and analytical capabilities
• Experience working in fast-paced, lean deal team environments preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact directly with senior stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
• Based in or willing to relocate to South Florida
