This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development & Publishing
- Create and publish content across all platforms, including printed brochures, blogs, enewsletters, LinkedIn, and the company website.
- Maintain a consistent editorial calendar to ensure a steady cadence of blogs, thought leadership articles, case studies, and enewsletters.
- Translate complex industrial ventilation concepts into accessible, compelling content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Design and deploy targeted campaigns that support lead generation and customer retention.
- Continuously optimize email performance through testing and evaluation.
- Build, maintain, and segment email lists in close collaboration with Sales and Business Development teams.
- Work with marketing director and external agency to develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy across social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and paid digital campaigns.
- Align content initiatives with lead generation, customer retention, and brand awareness goals.
- Contribute to marketing campaign planning and serve as the primary driver of content execution.
- Work with marketing director and external agency to manage and grow the company's social media presence across relevant channels.
- Monitor platforms, respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster community engagement and brand advocacy among customers, partners, and industry peers.
- Work with marketing director and external agency to manage paid keyword strategies and digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Ensure landing page content is optimized for user experience, relevance, and conversion.
- Monitor campaign budgets, performance, and ROI, making data-driven adjustments as needed
- Track, analyze, and report on key digital metrics including traffic, engagement, lead volume, conversion rates, and email performance.
- Present regular performance updates to the marketing team and leadership.
- Leverage audience insights and analytics to continuously refine content strategy and improve results.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Demonstrated experience managing social media, email marketing platforms, and paid digital campaigns for a corporate audience.
- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Experience in B2B marketing or industrial, manufacturing, or technical industries preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and influence without direct authority.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose mutually beneficial solutions.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and dependable with a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional presence in both phone and in-person interactions.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Teams.
