Job Title: Director / Senior Director – Solutions (Reporting to CSO)
Location: United States
Reporting To: Chief Solutions Officer
Function: Solutions, Pre-Sales, Strategic Deals
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Leader to work closely with the Chief Solutions Officer in driving strategic solutioning, large deal pursuits, and go-to-market initiatives across key accounts in the US.
This role will play a critical part in shaping winning solutions, engaging with senior client stakeholders, and translating business problems into scalable, technology-driven offerings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Deal Solutioning
- Lead end-to-end solutioning for large and complex deals (RFPs, RFIs, proactive pitches)
- Define win themes, value propositions, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive closures for high-value opportunities
2. Client Engagement & Advisory
- Partner with Sales to engage CXOs (CIO, CTO, CDO) and business stakeholders
- Understand client challenges and translate them into tailored solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor during early-stage discussions and deal shaping
3. Solution Design & Architecture
- Design integrated solutions across AI, Data, Cloud, and Digital transformation
- Ensure solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with client objectives
- Work closely with delivery and architecture teams for feasibility and execution alignment
4. Offerings & Asset Development
- Contribute to building reusable solution assets, accelerators, and frameworks
- Support development of industry-specific offerings (Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
- Drive standardization and industrialization of solutions
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Delivery, and Practice teams
- Ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery
- Work closely with the CSO on strategic initiatives and priority accounts
6. Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies
- Bring innovative ideas to enhance solution differentiation
- Support thought leadership and go-to-market initiatives
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology
- 12–18 years of experience in IT services / consulting / digital transformation
- Strong experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting roles
- Proven track record of supporting or leading large deal closures
- Experience working in US market with global delivery models
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to industries like Manufacturing, Retail, or CPG
- Experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, or Digital transformation programs
