Senior Software Developer

• 5+ years of professional C# software development experience
• Proven experience organizing and leading software development efforts
• Proven accomplishments with advanced software development, including development and implementation of complex enterprise applications in multi-tier and highly integrated environments
• Expertise with C#, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, or similar languages/technologies
• Knowledge of and experience with secure coding practices
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and writing automated tests
• Proficient with developer tools, including Generative AI
• Experience with cloud technologies and open source technologies
• Experience with agile and plan-driven project execution frameworks
• Knowledge of and experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and containerization technologies
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related specialized field.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft operating systems including installation and configuration.
• Working with engineering processes that include design and code reviews.
• Working with configuration management processes and tools (i.e., GIT, JIRA, BitBucket, etc.).
• Working in a virtualized environment (i.e., VMWare).
• Ability to complete assigned tasks on-time and within budget in a results-driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ethics and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Good problem-solving ability, with demonstrated experiences and a willingness to use a variety of software languages and tools as necessary.
• Ability to interface and collaborate with peers, and direct management to develop solutions, and to build and maintain rapport and relationships.
