What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate a sales team while partnering closely with the General Manager to drive total hotel revenue
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize room, group, and conference center performance
- Actively solicit new business, build long-term client relationships, and represent the hotel in the community
- Participate in client meetings, conduct site tours, and deliver persuasive sales presentations
- Analyze market trends, competitive data, and booking pace to adjust pricing and sales strategies
- Oversee forecasting, reporting, and sales activity tracking to support business goals
- Proven sales leadership experience with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals
- Confidence, initiative, and a competitive mindset balanced with collaboration and relationship-building
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a sales team accountable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Hotel or hospitality sales experience preferred, though strong sales backgrounds from other industries are welcome
- Competitive salary based on experience starting at $80,000
