This full-time, on-site Account Manager role is based in New York, NY. The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing key accounts to foster strong client relationships. Key tasks include developing account strategies, identifying growth opportunities, maintaining consistent engagement with clients, and ensuring the delivery of services aligned with client needs and organizational goals. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across teams to resolve issues, improve client satisfaction, and maximize partnership impact for transformational change.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand client needs and align them with organizational goals
- Experience in account strategy, project management, and maintaining long-term partnerships
- Competence in communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement
- Proven skills in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strategic planning
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software tools
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
- Familiarity or experience in the nonprofit or child advocacy sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
