- You achieve sales targets in terms of turnover, and profitability .
- You lead price negotiations and secure sales agreements, with a focus on annual contracts.
- You introduce new products and innovative applications to your existing client relations.
- You optimise the product portfolio in line with profitability and commercial KPIs.
- You address and resolve customer complaints in a proactive and efficient manner.
- You think about solutions for Private Label for retail from a production and packaging point of view.
- Develop and execute sales strategy and analytics to drive revenue growth and inform data-driven decision-making
- You monitor, forecast, and report on sales performance, budgets, and market potential.
- You analyse customer data to identify sales opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and build strategic networks to support business objectives and foster collaboration
- You work closely with both national and international teams across different functions within Ardo.
- You build and nurture strong long-term relationships with key retail customers and with their decision-makers and stakeholders (purchasers, marketing, R&D).
- You hold a master’s degree in business economics, or a similar field.
- You have a successful track record of international B-B sales in the retail sector
- You are familiar with data tools like BI cubes and Power BI.
- You are on top of industry trends and market developments in the food sector.
- You excel in communication skills: you’re confident, clear, and able to influence others with ease.
- Above all, you are hands on with a passion for food and agro and an interest in related production and packaging.
