Product & Business Development Manager (IT & Hardware Products)

Elcore is an international distributor of IT equipment, consumer electronics, software, and services. The company has been operating since 2006 and is represented in 11 countries across Eastern Europe and Asia.

Our partners include system integrators, corporate resellers, retail chains, e-commerce companies, service providers, and software developers.

At this stage, the company is looking for a Business / Product Manager in Georgia who will be responsible for the development of the Product direction as well as the management of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze the product portfolio and market trends
  • Launch new products and manage their lifecycle
  • Develop Finished Goods sales channels in Georgia
  • Plan and implement IT projects
  • Register projects with vendors and coordinate their execution
  • Prepare commercial proposals and manage pricing policy
  • Conduct negotiations with international and local partners
  • Identify and develop new partners and strengthen the existing partner network
  • Control inventory levels and product turnover

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position (in the IT or technology sector)
  • Knowledge of basic project management principles
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Strategic and commercial thinking
