  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the “big picture" to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details.
  • Excellent program management skill with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Executive communication skills with ability to effectively facilitate complex meetings with executives and business partners across multiple functions in an organization.
  • Distinctive problem-solving and prioritization skills.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The Global Business Strategy and Operations (GBS&O) team is responsible for providing insightful review, perspective and direction on the strategy and operating performance of Google’s Global Business Organization (GBO). Our mission is to architect and accelerate the transformation of our Global Business Organization (GBO) and our partners across Ads.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$177,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with GBO and GTM leadership to deliver high-priority strategy projects and manage executive communications.
  • Drive the end-to-end annual planning lifecycle and help shape the agenda for executive meeting cadences.
  • Align business objectives across unique teams, including Finance, PeopleOps, and Communications, to ensure unified execution.
  • Act as both a advocate of existing initiatives and a challenger who introduces fresh perspectives and leads change management.
  • Operate at the center of the business to identify and address challenges and opportunities alongside senior leadership.
