💻 What You'll Do
- Own the Streets: Dominate the inner city by visiting 10–15 hand-picked independent retailers and cafés daily.
- Win the "Fridge-Front": Capture market share by securing eye-level, front-of-fridge placements for our premium bottles.
- Architect the Environment: Onboard every new account into our Swedish Stockfiller system, ensuring data-driven re-orders flow seamlessly from day one.
- Master Brand Aesthetics: Ensure Gullis looks as good as it tastes by placing POS materials with precision and style.
- The 90-Day Sprint: Execute a "Blitzscale" phase with a clear target of 50+ premium listings in your first three months.

You are a "Stockholm Closer" with a passion for premium products and urban retail culture. You thrive on the adrenaline of a sales sprint and view a "nej" as merely the start of a negotiation. While your sales craft is exceptional, you also have the stylistic eye to ensure our brand pops in every store you touch. You are likely an early adopter of new trends and have the independence to hit the ground running without hand-holding.
✅ Requirements
- 🇸🇪 Local Cultural Fluency: You speak the language of Stockholm retail and understand the "fika" business culture.
- ⚡ The Hunter Mindset: Proven track record of high-velocity prospecting and closing deals in fast-paced environments.
- 📦 Strategic Thinking: Experience building or managing retail accounts and ensuring long-term shelf dominance.
- 📂 Grit & Style: A portfolio or track record that demonstrates both the "hustle" to scale and the ability to represent a premium aesthetic.
- 🎓 Independence: You are ready to work independently as "Employee #1" in Sweden.
- Existing relationships with premium delis, bars, or major players like ICA and Coop.
- Experience launching international brands into the Swedish market.
- A background in high-end food & beverage sales.
- Swedish language proficiency
