Role Description

The Client Account Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. This position involves managing client accounts, providing financial advice, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing client documents, resolving client inquiries, preparing financial statements, monitoring account progress, and building strong client relationships in line with company values.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Competency in financial software and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively
• Experience with CPA firms or in a similar role is preferred
