American Dental is hiring a Full-Time Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing dental team. This position is a great opportunity for someone with experience in reception, administration, or customer service who is looking for a stable, long-term career in a professional healthcare environment.
No dental experience is required — we provide full training on dental insurance, dental terminology, Dentrix software, scheduling, treatment plan conversations, and daily front office systems.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, friendly, and comfortable working with patients, answering phones, discussing financial information, and helping keep the office running smoothly.

- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist patients with general questions and next steps
- Help review treatment plans and explain financial information with guidance
- Support patient check-out and appointment follow-up
- Maintain organized and accurate front desk records
- Use Google Drive, Google Docs, and Excel for daily office tasks
- Learn and use Dentrix dental software
- Support daily front office operations
- Work closely with doctors, assistants, and team members to create a 5-star patient experience
- Reception, administrative, or customer service experience required
- Professional, friendly, and dependable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and office technology
- Comfortable having financial conversations with patients
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Willingness to learn dental insurance, terminology, and software systems
- Positive attitude and desire to grow with the team
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
