Location: Greater Hartford, CT
Our client, a national home infusion pharmacy serving Connecticut, is hiring a field-based Account Executive to expand referral partnerships and drive adoption of infusion therapy services across the region.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new referral relationships with specialty providers, hospitals, and clinic decision-makers
- Focus on IVIG, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, Rheumatology, and related specialties
- Build long-term partnerships with physicians, care teams, and practice administrators
- Educate providers on infusion therapy services and patient access pathways
- Deliver tailored presentations to referral sources
- Stay current on infusion therapy trends, reimbursement considerations, and competitor offerings
- Partner internally with pharmacy, intake, and clinical teams to ensure patient access and provider satisfaction
- Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM reporting
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Healthcare sales experience in infusion, specialty pharmacy, home health, hospice, lab/diagnostic services, or other referral-based healthcare services
- Proven ability to build relationships and develop new business
- Comfort managing a field-based territory
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Connecticut
