THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist with 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales to drive pipeline growth, manage client interactions, and contribute directly to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position XenonStack’s solutions effectively.
- Nurture prospects through the sales funnel, providing product demos and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline information using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Support account executives in driving deal closures and ensuring smooth client onboarding.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects to create opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–6 years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, Cloud, or AI/Tech domains.
- Strong command of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient in meeting sales targets.
- Exposure to enterprise sales or account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or outreach automation tools.
- Familiarity with AI, Cloud, or Data platforms to articulate product value propositions effectively.
- Work Closely with Leadership – Partner with senior sales leaders on strategy and execution.
