What will you do at After Studio?

• communicate daily with clients, brief the marketing and branding team, and interact with social media followers (community management)

• participate in strategic planning with other team members – assisting in market and target audience research, contributing to creative ideas and concepts for digital communication channels, assisting in analytical reporting and media planning

• continuously research the market, competitors, trends, and innovations (desktop research)

• monitor the lifestyle, preferences, habits, needs, and desires of the target audience

• continuously work on the agency’s social media presence – contributing ideas, concepts, advertising, and PR initiatives

What does After Studio expect from you?

• 3+ years of work experience in positions such as: Account Manager / Social Media Account / Social Media Lead / Team Lead or similar

• if you have worked as a Social Media Manager, experience in team leadership and/or the authority, credibility, and responsibility to lead a team without reminders about your duties and tasks

• professional proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• creativity, ideas, independence, respect for deadlines, and self-initiative

• mandatory English language proficiency

• German language skills are considered a plus
