The Role:
Lead the development and implementation of the digital marketing and digital health strategies. It is required that the candidate accelerates the uptake of the appropriate digital solutions and tools for the commercial and marketing areas mainly. The candidate will be responsible to drive, implement and follow up the digital projects from inception to delivery. Will be required to provide analysis and recommendations about new digital health developments together with business cases for the adoption and enablement of such innovations, mainly for the commercial area.
- Define and deploy the digital marketing and digital health roadmaps.
- Responsible for sharing and cascading down the digital marketing and digital health strategies that will add value to the three pillars of the company.
- Drive the prioritization and deployment of the customer engagement strategy across EMENA markets.
- Consult with the relevant internal stakeholders on their specific needs incorporating the necessary digital marketing and digital health technology structure.
- Leverage industry best practices to ensure continued enhancement of customer and partner experience as well as maximize ROI.
- Lead the Digital Marketing Academy training programme with the aim of upskilling relevant stakeholders within the organization.
- Lead and organize ad-hoc sharing knowledge forum across the organization as needed.
- Monitor and anticipate digital trends to evolve and maximise investments in digital health and digital marketing.
The Person:
Essential:
- Marketing Degree or equivalent
- Substantial Digital Marketing experience
- Pharmaceutical marketing experience (across multiple countries preferred)
- Business education for digital era
- Skillshare Digital Marketing Training
- Google Academy for Ads
- LinkedIn Learning Marketing Training and Tutorials
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Pay Per Click (PPC)
