Sales / Account Manager – Clinical Trial Services – DACH Region

Travel: Approximately 30–50%

A growing international clinical trial services organisation is looking to hire a Sales / Account Manager to support continued expansion across the DACH region.
This position will focus on both managing existing biotech/pharma accounts and developing new business opportunities across mainland Europe. The role sits within a well-established commercial team supported by dedicated marketing, bid management, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships across the DACH territory
• Develop new business opportunities with biotech and pharmaceutical companies
• Promote clinical trial support services including packaging, labelling, distribution, and sourcing solutions
• Coordinate with internal operational and project teams to ensure smooth client handover and delivery
• Attend client meetings, conferences, and industry events across Europe
• Build long-term customer relationships and act as a trusted commercial partner
Requirements:
• 2–3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience within biotech, pharma, or clinical trial services
• Experience selling services rather than products preferred
• Clinical packaging, labelling, distribution, or broader clinical trial experience highly desirable
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfortable managing territory development independently
• Commercially driven with a proactive and collaborative approach
• Fluent English required; additional European languages beneficial
