We are currently supporting one of the leading healthcare groups in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in hiring a Group HR Director to lead and oversee HR operations across multiple hospital sites.
This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with a strong healthcare background and proven experience managing large-scale HR teams in complex hospital environments.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of HR leadership experience, preferably within the healthcare or hospital sector
- Proven track record managing large HR teams and multi-site operations
- Strong expertise in:
- Organizational development
- Talent acquisition & workforce planning
- Employee relations
- Performance management
- HR operations & compliance
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and driving HR strategy across multiple entities
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
