A leading global financial services technology organisation within the institutional trading and brokerage space is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (10+ years' experience) to join a high-performing engineering squad in Dublin. This Full Stack Engineer 4 contract role focuses on building and enhancing high-quality, scalable applications that support global investment and trading platforms used by institutional and retail clients. You will play a key role in designing and delivering robust financial solutions that directly impact customer outcomes across capital markets.

This Full Stack Engineer contract offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value systems within a modern engineering environment, collaborating closely with architects, product teams, and distributed engineering squads to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality full stack solutions using Java 11+ and Spring Boot as part of a senior engineering squad
• Enhance and build new UI features using Angular 8+ within existing financial platforms
• Contribute to technical design, architecture discussions, and breakdown of complex solutions into deliverable work items
• Ensure robust, scalable, and well-tested code aligned with CI/CD and automated testing practices
• Collaborate across multi-functional, distributed teams to deliver high-impact financial technology solutions

About You

• 10+ years' experience in Full Stack Engineering, with strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, and Angular 8+
• Proven experience in designing technical solutions and contributing to software architecture decisions
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and Agile delivery environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders
• Experience mentoring engineers and delivering high-quality, production-grade systems
