Our organization is experiencing rapid expansion in the Cincinnati region. To sustain this momentum, we are seeking ambitious, entry-level professionals for our Management Trainee Program. This specialized track is explicitly designed to groom the next generation of company leaders, transitioning you from front-line customer success to executive-level business management.
Rotational Program Structure & Responsibilities
This is a comprehensive, hands-on role where you will master business operations from the ground up:
- Phase 1: Customer-Facing Excellence (Months 1–3): Master our consultative approach by managing face-to-face client acquisitions, relationship management, and resolving account issues.
- Phase 2: Team Operations & Coaching (Months 4–6): Transition into a leadership-support role, assisting in onboarding new hires and leading small team workshops.
- Phase 3: Business Strategy & Analysis (Months 7+): Work directly with regional managers on market expansion plans, compliance tracking, and business development metrics in Cincinnati.

Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Open to all majors; Business, Communications, and Sports Management are a plus).
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience. We provide fully paid, comprehensive corporate training.
- Competencies: High emotional intelligence (EQ), a competitive drive to exceed goals, and exceptional organizational skills.
