Senior Associate

Robert Half is partnering with a growing advisory firm in Denver to hire a Senior Associate within their Transaction Advisory Services team. This opportunity is ideal for someone coming out of Big 4 or large regional public accounting who is looking to transition into a fast-paced, client-facing advisory environment focused on financial due diligence and private equity transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
• Perform quality of earnings analysis and financial statement analysis
• Analyze income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows
• Assist in preparing client deliverables and final reports
• Partner with private equity firms, lenders, and corporate clients
• Work closely with engagement leaders throughout the transaction process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–4 years of public accounting or transaction advisory experience
• Big 4 or large regional firm experience preferred
• Audit background highly preferred
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

• Base salary: $80K–$100K + bonus potential
