Title: Director of Recruiting (In-Office)

Location: Clearwater

Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday (9am–6pm)

Robert Half is looking for a high-impact recruiting leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment? We’re partnering with an expanding organization that is looking for a Director of Recruiting to build, lead, and optimize talent acquisition across multiple business lines.


This is a player-coach opportunity for someone who loves both strategy and execution, leading a team while also owning complex and hard-to-fill searches. If you enjoy scaling recruiting operations, partnering with leaders across the business, and driving measurable hiring results, this could be a great fit.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple talent groups, including High-volume sales/contact center hiring, Customer service, Claims, Technical / IT, Corporate leadership
  • Lead and develop a small recruiting team while personally managing executive, technical, and specialized searches
  • Build strong sourcing strategies through: Employee referral programs, Passive outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean searches, Major job boards like Indeed and ZipRecruiter
  • Drive recruiting operations and process improvement, including Recruiting metrics and reporting, Structured interview design, High-volume screening and funnel management
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to: Calibrate hiring needs, advise on market conditions, Improve decision-making throughout the hiring process


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience
  • 2+ years of leadership or team lead experience
  • Proven success in high-volume sales or contact center recruiting
  • Experience hiring across both operational and corporate/technical functions
  • Hands-on ATS experience with platforms like Paycom, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, or similar
  • Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
