- Service of food and beverages in the Bar and Restaurant areas
- Being knowledgeable about the menu and products available
- Dealing with all payment transactions
- Providing a warm welcome, dealing with queries effectively and ensuring that all aspects of service are appropriate and meet hotel standards
- Ensuring that the food and beverage areas as clean and tidy at all times
- Experience in a food & beverage position, ideally within a quality hotel/Restaurant
- Great customer service skills
- The ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional approach
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Experience of Micros would be an advantage
- Must be over 18, as this role involves serving alcohol in the Food & Beverage department
- Flexible to cover a variety of shifts including early mornings, late nights and weekend shifts
