Job Title: Programmer / Dotnet Developer

Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)

Duration: 1 Year Contract / W2-CONTRACT ONLY

Work Schedule: Hybrid – Onsite Tuesdays & Wednesdays (No Remote-Only Option)

Top Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in ASP.NET and C# web development
• 8+ years of strong JavaScript development experience
• 8+ years of experience with SQL Server backend databases
• 8+ years of Agile development experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server
• Analyze project specifications and convert requirements into technical solutions
• Design, code, test, debug, and document software applications
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation
• Develop and execute test data and validation procedures
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance
• Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with System Analysts and project teams to support application development and enhancements
• Rewrite and enhance existing programs to improve operational efficiency
• Mentor junior developers and provide recommendations on emerging technologies and system integrations

Additional Information:

• Interviews will be conducted in person; candidates must be available for onsite interviews
• Candidates must be located within 1 hour of Lansing, MI at the time of submission

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience in software development, systems analysis, and application support
• Knowledge of programming principles, debugging, testing, and systems architecture
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices
